Instructional Designer

Duties & responsibilities
- Design structured learning experiences using instructional design frameworks and adult learning theory
- Develop interactive digital courses using e-learning authoring tools such as Articulate Storyline and Rise
- Create multi-modal learning content incorporating video, animation, graphics, and other multimedia elements
- Manage instructional design projects from concept through implementation and deployment
- Collaborate with subject matter experts and stakeholders to align training content with business and organizational goals

- Mentor and coach junior instructional designers and support team development
