Required
- Bachelor's degree
- Active CPhT certification
- 10+ years learning and development experience
- 3+ years leading L&D teams across multiple locations
- Experience developing learning strategies with measurable business results in regulated environments
- Experience leading learning initiatives in pharmaceutical, healthcare, or distribution/fulfillment operations
- Understanding of FDA regulations, cGMP requirements, and USP standards related to training
- Strong business acumen and ability to align learning to operational priorities and demonstrate ROI
- Change management, stakeholder management, and project management capabilities
- Superior communication and influence skills at all organizational levels
Nice to have
- Master's degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or related field
- Experience in 503a or 503b compounding pharmacy environments including sterile and aseptic technique training
- Knowledge of USP <797>, <795>, and <800> standards
- Experience leading learning during rapid growth, new facility launches, or organizational change
- Proficiency with enterprise LMS platforms
- Background in Lean or Six Sigma process improvement
- Proficiency with program and project management tools like Asana, Google Suite
- Experience designing and delivering leadership development programs
