What they ask for

Required

  • 4+ years in instructional design, training, L&D, or training program management
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Portfolio of instructional design, eLearning, graphic design, or video projects
  • Proficiency in Articulate 360 (Storyline and Rise)
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Knowledge of typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and graphic design principles
  • Strong project management skills managing multiple timelines and stakeholders
  • Excellent collaboration, facilitation, and written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to gather feedback, analyze data, and continuously improve solutions
  • Ability to work effectively in fast-paced environments
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Experience with learning management systems
  • Occasional travel to field locations

Nice to have

  • Bachelor's degree or certificate in instructional design, graphic design, education, L&D, or related field
  • Experience with Workday Learning or other enterprise LMS
  • Experience with Monday.com or similar project management tools
  • Background in videography, photography, graphic design, or multimedia production
  • Training experience in hospitality, restaurant, retail, or multi-unit field operations
