Hang

The Hang is a musical instrument invented in Switzerland in the early 2000s, consisting of two metal half-shells glued together to form a UFO-shaped percussion instrument played with the hands, producing warm, resonant tones. It inspired a broader family of similar instruments known generically as "handpans," popular among musicians and meditation practitioners for their melodic, soothing sound.
