Contracts Manager
A Contracts Manager oversees an organization's full contract portfolio, leading Contract Negotiation with vendors, clients, and partners while directing CLM Software Administration to standardize processes and templates. Duties & responsibilities
- Negotiate and finalize contracts with vendors, suppliers, clients, and partners across multiple agreements simultaneously
- Review contracts for unfavorable terms, compliance risks, and regulatory requirements before execution
- Oversee the complete contract lifecycle from drafting and negotiation through execution, renewal, and closeout
- Manage relationships with vendors, suppliers, and subcontractors to ensure healthy commercial partnerships
- Coordinate across internal teams including legal, finance, operations, and business development on contract matters
- Lead and supervise contracts administrators or analysts on contract management processes and workflows
- Maintain contract documentation and standardize templates within contract management systems and software
