- 5+ years in legal operations, contract operations, or corporate paralegal role
- Experience at a high-growth technology company
- Ability to build and document processes from scratch
- Configure workflows and templates in Ironclad or similar CLM
- Good judgment about using AI tools and identifying where they create risk
- Sound judgment about escalation decisions
Nice to have
- Experience with corporate and equity administration
