Wheelchair Lacrosse

Wheelchair lacrosse is an adaptive version of lacrosse played by athletes in wheelchairs, using modified sticks and rules so players can cradle, pass, and shoot a lacrosse ball into a goal while maneuvering their chairs. It preserves lacrosse's emphasis on stick skills and fast transitions while making the sport accessible to people with mobility impairments. It is a relatively niche but growing adaptive sport, played mainly through club and community programs.
