Wheelchair Soccer

Wheelchair soccer (also called power soccer or powerchair football) is a team sport in which players use powered wheelchairs fitted with foot guards to strike a large ball into the opposing goal. It was developed to allow people with disabilities affecting all four limbs, including muscular dystrophy and spinal cord injuries, to play a fast-paced team sport, and it is played competitively in leagues and international tournaments.
