Lacrosse Sixes

Lacrosse sixes is a modified, faster-paced version of lacrosse played six-a-side on a smaller field with shorter game times, developed to make the sport more accessible and to fit an Olympic format. It was created in part to support lacrosse's bid for inclusion in the Olympics, debuting at the 2022 World Games. The format emphasizes quicker transitions and higher scoring compared to traditional 10-a-side field lacrosse.
