Bhangra

Bhangra is an energetic folk dance and music style originating from the Punjab region of India and Pakistan, traditionally performed to celebrate the harvest festival of Vaisakhi. It features vigorous, high-energy movements, often accompanied by the dhol drum, and has become popular worldwide both as a cultural performance art and as a festive form of exercise and celebration at weddings and parties.
