Lion Dance

Lion Dance is a traditional Chinese performance art in which one or two dancers operate an elaborate lion costume, mimicking a lion's movements to the rhythm of drums, cymbals, and gongs. Performed at festivals like Lunar New Year, business openings, and weddings, it is believed to bring good luck and ward off evil spirits, and often incorporates martial arts training and acrobatics.
