Skiboarding

Skiboarding is a snow sport using short, wide skis (called skiboards), typically without ski poles, that let riders make quick, agile turns similar to snowboarding but while facing forward like a skier. It emerged in the 1990s as a hybrid between skiing and snowboarding aimed at trick-oriented, freestyle riding in terrain parks. It appeals to riders who enjoy playful, maneuverable equipment for jumps, spins, and short-radius turns.
