Para-Strongman

Para-strongman is an adaptive form of strongman competition for athletes with physical impairments or amputations, featuring modified versions of classic strength events like log press, deadlift, atlas stone lifting, and various carries or pulls, adjusted for wheelchair users or those using prosthetics. It is a niche but growing competitive scene supported by adaptive strength sport organizations and gyms rather than being part of the official Paralympic program. Participants are drawn to it for the raw strength-building challenge and the inclusive community built around adaptive strength training.
