Ostrich Racing

A novelty sport in which jockeys ride saddled ostriches around a track in a race, popular as a crowd attraction at fairs, festivals, and events in places like the United States (notably Chandler, Arizona) and South Africa, where ostrich farming is common. The birds' speed and unpredictable temperament make the races both entertaining and challenging to control.
