VF Corporation Posted 654 Roles This Week — 73% of Its Open Listings on Our Boards

VF Corporation added 654 roles in the past seven days across the employer job boards we track — the largest weekly add of any employer on Career App this week, and about 6% of the 10,761 new listings posted site-wide.

The more striking number is the ratio. VF has 897 open roles on the boards we crawl. That means roughly 73% of everything currently open under its name went up in the last week. No other employer in this week's top ten comes close on that measure.

How that compares

AdventHealth was second on new postings with 559, but it carries 991 open roles — so a little over half its board turned over this week. U.S. Bank has the largest open total in the group at 1,010, yet added only 298. Stryker Corporation sits at the other end entirely: 759 open, 196 new, about a quarter of its listings fresh.

A share that high usually means one of two things on a crawled board: a genuine burst of new requisitions, or a board that was refreshed and re-posted in bulk. Our counts record what appeared on the employer's own board in the window; they don't distinguish between the two. Either way, VF's listing footprint on Career App grew sharply against a week that was itself busy — 10,761 new listings sitewide versus 6,833 the prior week, a 57% jump.

The week around it

VF's surge landed in a week when the site-wide picture was lopsided. Closures outpaced openings: 20,628 listings came down in the last seven days against 10,761 that went up, leaving 58,371 open across 686 employers hiring and 12 states with openings. Over 30 days the trend is flatter — 28,236 new versus 30,135 in the prior 30.

The states taking the most new volume this week, across all employers we track:

• California — 945 new, up from 513
• Texas — 592, up from 415
• Florida — 431, up from 201
• New York — 419, up from 301
• Tennessee — 263, up from 140
• North Carolina — 230, up from 80

Every one of the twelve states with new volume posted more this week than last. North Carolina nearly tripled; Florida more than doubled.

On the occupation side, the tagged counts are thin. Software Engineer led with 19 new roles this week, down from 48 the week before, and Product Manager had 11, down from 16. Those figures cover only listings our classifier matched to a named occupation, so they sit far below the raw weekly total. Among skills named in new postings, Python led with 29 mentions, followed by Salesforce at 21, Microsoft Excel at 20 and SQL at 18.
