AdventHealth Posted 416 Roles in Seven Days — 43% of Its 964 Open Listings | Career App Daily
AdventHealth added 416 postings in the last seven days across the employer boards we track — the largest single-employer count in the week, and enough to account for 43% of the 964 roles it currently has open on those boards.
That ratio is the number worth sitting with. Nearly half of everything AdventHealth has live right now went up inside one week. Either the system is running a large intake push, or its board turns over fast. From a single week's snapshot we can't tell which, and the packet doesn't carry AdventHealth's history before this week.

Where it sits against the rest of the top 10
Across all boards we track, 11,010 postings went up in the last seven days, against 8,564 the prior week. AdventHealth's 416 is about 3.8% of that total — a large share for one employer in a pool of 691 employers hiring, but not a runaway. The top 10 employers combined contributed 3,119 new postings, roughly 28% of the week's volume.

Health systems took three of the ten slots
AdventHealth wasn't alone. Cleveland Clinic posted 319 new roles against 903 open, and Lifepoint Hospitals posted 245 against 344 open. Together the three health systems put up 980 new postings this week — just under 9% of everything new on the boards we track.
The three behave differently, though. Lifepoint's 245 new roles are 71% of its 344 open listings, a much sharper refresh rate than AdventHealth's 43% or Cleveland Clinic's 35%. AdventHealth carries the biggest open book of the three at 964, which is also the largest open total in the entire top 10 — ahead of U.S. Bank at 941 and Cleveland Clinic at 903. Note that U.S. Bank got there differently: 241 new this week against 941 open, a quarter of the book, meaning most of its listings have been sitting longer.
What we can't say
Two honest limits on this one.
First, the packet has no occupation or skill breakdown this week — both lists came back empty. So we can't tell you whether AdventHealth's 416 postings skew clinical, administrative, or support. The posted-salary medians in the packet cover site-wide occupations like Software Engineer (1,168 listings, $240,000 median, employer-posted ranges annualized to USD) and aren't broken out by employer, so they say nothing about what AdventHealth is paying.
Second, the packet doesn't tie employer postings to states. Florida was the week's fastest-moving state on the boards we track — 427 new postings against 207 the prior week, more than double — and Tennessee went from 201 to 295. It would be easy to draw a line from a hospital system's hiring surge to those states. The data here doesn't draw it, so neither will we. California (932), Texas (559) and New York (519) still led on raw volume, across 12 states with openings.
Context on the week itself
One more piece of framing. The boards we track closed 20,225 listings in the last seven days against 11,010 new ones — closures ran nearly two to one over additions. Against that backdrop, an employer adding 416 roles stands out more than it would in a flat week. Remote work made up 5% of new postings.
