Real Estate Manager
A Real Estate Manager oversees a portfolio of commercial or residential properties, handling lease administration, budgeting, and vendor management to maintain profitability and tenant satisfaction. Using property management software such as Yardi or AppFolio, they coordinate maintenance, negotiate contracts, and ensure adherence to real estate regulations and local codes. Duties & responsibilities
