Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
15+ years of corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, lease administration, or commercial real estate transaction management
Experience managing multiple concurrent lease transactions across geographies and asset types including office and data center/colocation
Strong financial acumen including business cases, cash flow projections, and occupancy cost analyses
Hands-on lease review, abstracting, and management with critical date tracking
Commercial lease negotiation experience with brokers and legal counsel including data center-specific terms
Experience with lease and portfolio audits and compliance risk management
Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong financial modeling
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

Experience in high-growth technology, AI, data center, or manufacturing environments
Experience working directly with global brokerage firms like JLL, CBRE, or Cushman & Wakefield
Experience supporting international real estate transactions and global portfolios
Direct experience with hyperscaler or wholesale data center lease structures
Experience implementing or administering lease management software
