Required
- Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field
- 15+ years of corporate real estate, portfolio strategy, lease administration, or commercial real estate transaction management
- Experience managing multiple concurrent lease transactions across geographies and asset types including office and data center/colocation
- Strong financial acumen including business cases, cash flow projections, and occupancy cost analyses
- Hands-on lease review, abstracting, and management with critical date tracking
- Commercial lease negotiation experience with brokers and legal counsel including data center-specific terms
- Experience with lease and portfolio audits and compliance risk management
- Excellent stakeholder management and cross-functional influence skills
- Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets with strong financial modeling
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
Nice to have
- Experience in high-growth technology, AI, data center, or manufacturing environments
- Experience working directly with global brokerage firms like JLL, CBRE, or Cushman & Wakefield
- Experience supporting international real estate transactions and global portfolios
- Direct experience with hyperscaler or wholesale data center lease structures
- Experience implementing or administering lease management software
