Skwal

Skwal is a snow-sliding sport, similar to snowboarding, using a single long board on which the rider stands with feet in a straddled, forward-facing stance while wearing small footskis attached to boots, similar to a skibob's footskis. It was developed in France in the 1990s as a hybrid between skiing and snowboarding, offering a distinct carving feel.
