Pungi

The pungi, also called been, is a wind instrument from the Indian subcontinent traditionally used by snake charmers, consisting of a gourd air reservoir connected to two reed pipes that produce a continuous droning melody. Players use circular breathing to sustain uninterrupted sound while playing. It is closely associated with Indian folk and street performance traditions.
