Lethwei is a full-contact combat sport from Myanmar often called "Burmese bareknuckle boxing," allowing strikes with fists, elbows, knees, and feet as well as headbutts, fought without gloves. Traditional matches can end without a declared winner if neither fighter is knocked out, reflecting the sport's roots in ancient Burmese battlefield fighting.
