Aerial Hoop

Aerial hoop, also known as lyra or cerceau, is a circus discipline in which a performer executes poses, spins, and drops on a suspended metal ring, blending elements of gymnastics, dance, and contortion. It requires significant upper-body and core strength to hold static positions and control dynamic movements at height. It is popular both as a competitive/performance circus art and as a fitness-oriented aerial class in gyms and studios.
