Aerial Silks

Aerial silks, also called aerial fabric or tissu, is a circus art in which performers climb, wrap, and drop using long pieces of fabric suspended from a rig, creating dynamic poses and sequences in the air. It demands considerable strength, flexibility, and body awareness to safely execute wraps and drops. Originally a circus performance art, it has become a popular fitness and artistic discipline taught in dedicated aerial studios.
