Wholesaling
Sales and E-Commerce
Wholesaling is a business model in which a company purchases goods in bulk from manufacturers or producers at a discounted rate and resells them, usually in smaller quantities, to retailers or other businesses rather than directly to end consumers. In real estate, wholesaling refers to a strategy where an investor contracts to buy a property and then assigns or sells that contract to another buyer for a fee, without ever taking ownership. Both forms require negotiation skills, market knowledge, and strong supplier or buyer networks.
