Real Estate Flipping is an investment strategy in which an investor purchases a property—often distressed or undervalued—renovates or improves it, and resells it quickly for a profit. Flippers need skills in property valuation, renovation budgeting, contractor management, and understanding local housing markets to time their purchase and sale for maximum return. It's a popular but risk-heavy strategy, sensitive to renovation cost overruns and market downturns.
