POWDR is a privately held American 'adventure lifestyle' company founded in 1994 that owns and operates ski resorts (including Copper Mountain, Snowbird, Eldora, Mt. Bachelor, Boreal, and Soda Springs), the Woodward action-sports training camps, and adventure tourism operations such as Powderbird heli-skiing. Its resort and brand portfolio has shifted over time, including selling Park City Mountain Resort to Vail Resorts in 2014.
