- 10+ years directly managing senior P&C/HR leaders in multi-function organizations
- 5+ years leading global P&C business partners in multinational organization
- Expertise in organizational development and change management
- Experience designing talent processes for high-performance culture
- Experience advising C-suite and senior leadership teams
- Track record executing large, complex programs or transformations
- Experience in matrixed leadership environments
- M&A and post-merger integration experience
- Ability to translate talent strategies into business outcomes
- Strong understanding of U.S. labor law and global employment practices
- Occasional travel within continental U.S. and internationally
- U.S. person status for ITAR/EAR compliance
Nice to have
- SPHR or equivalent senior HR certification
- Experience scaling P&C organization in high-growth environment
- Aerospace & Defense or similarly complex, regulated industry experience
- Prior HRIS/HCM implementation experience with Workday
- Depth in employee lifecycle management and HR functional areas
