  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 4–6 years of product marketing experience with at least 2 years owning positioning and go-to-market strategy independently
  • Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into accessible messaging for B2B audiences
  • Experience leading end-to-end product launches across cross-functional teams
  • Strong research and analytical skills including designing VoC studies and interpreting win/loss data
  • Ability to develop clear, differentiated messaging that connects product capabilities to customer value
  • Demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment without direct authority
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills adapted for different audiences

Nice to have

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software product marketing
  • Experience with Claude skills and agents
  • Familiarity with pricing and packaging strategy in multi-product or multi-SKU environments
  • Experience supporting or contributing to analyst relations (Gartner, Forrester)
  • Exposure to building or improving GTM frameworks and processes from the ground up
  • Experience working across multiple product lines or buying centers simultaneously
