Required

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, or Business
  • Minimum 8 years of strategic sourcing, category management, or supplier relationship management experience
  • 5+ years of marketing or related category experience
  • Working knowledge of automated logistics and purchasing systems (MXP or SAP preferred)
  • Strategic sourcing methodology expertise
  • Global cross-functional team leadership experience
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills
  • Knowledge of Procure-to-Pay systems

Nice to have

  • MBA or equivalent
  • Nationally recognized professional certification (e.g., Certified Purchasing Manager)
