Touch Rugby

Touch rugby is a non-contact adaptation of rugby union in which players end an opponent's run by touching them rather than tackling, after which the ball is played from that point. It is widely used as a fitness activity, coaching tool, and social sport since it retains rugby's passing and tactical elements without physical contact.
