Tōgyū

Tōgyū is traditional Japanese bull sumo (bullfighting) in which two bulls are pitted head-to-head, pushing and shoving until one retreats or is thrown, with no human matador or killing involved. It is practiced as a folk tradition in regions such as Okinawa, Oki Island, and Uwajima, often tied to local festivals.
