Alligator Wrestling

Alligator wrestling is a demonstration activity, historically associated with Florida and Seminole tribal tradition, in which a performer physically subdues an alligator by flipping it onto its back and sometimes opening its jaws, showcasing skill and bravery rather than serious combat. Originally a means of demonstrating hunting prowess, it survives today mainly as a tourist attraction and cultural exhibition at attractions like the Seminole village performances and roadside gator parks.
