Steer Wrestling

Steer wrestling, also called bulldogging, is a rodeo event in which a mounted cowboy chases a running steer, then leaps from his horse onto the animal and wrestles it to the ground by grabbing its horns and twisting its neck. It is prized as one of the fastest and most physically demanding rodeo events, with top competitors completing a run in just a few seconds. It requires precise timing, strength, and coordination between rider and a supporting 'hazer' rider.
