Sanda

Sanda (also called sanshou or sanshou) is a modern Chinese combat sport that combines full-contact kickboxing strikes with wrestling-style takedowns and throws drawn from traditional kung fu. It is practiced both competitively, with matches held in a raised platform ring (leitai), and as part of military and police combatives training in China.
