Samba De Roda

Samba de roda is a traditional Afro-Brazilian musical and dance form originating in Bahia, performed in a circle (roda) where participants clap, sing call-and-response verses, and take turns dancing at the center. Recognized by UNESCO as an Intangible Cultural Heritage, it is considered a key ancestor of modern samba and remains central to Bahian cultural identity.
