Robot Competition

A robot competition is an organized event in which teams build and program robots to complete a defined challenge, ranging from combat and sports (such as soccer or sumo) to task-based tests like maze-solving, object retrieval, or search-and-rescue simulations. Well-known examples include RoboCup, the FIRST Robotics Competition, and the DARPA Robotics Challenge, which test participants' engineering, programming, and teamwork skills.
