Rally Raid

Rally raid is a form of off-road motorsport in which cars, motorcycles, quads, or trucks race point-to-point over multiple days across long distances of demanding terrain such as desert, mountains, and dunes, navigating using road books and GPS rather than fixed racetracks. The most famous example is the Dakar Rally, which has run in various countries since 1978. Competitors and teams need not just speed but also navigation skill, vehicle endurance, and self-sufficiency over grueling multi-day stages.
