Regularity Rally

A regularity rally (also called a time-speed-distance rally) is a motorsport event where crews must drive a set route while maintaining precise average speeds and arrival times at checkpoints, rather than racing for outright speed. Navigators use route instructions, odometers, and timers to calculate exact timing, and penalties are given for arriving early or late at checkpoints. It appeals to drivers and navigators who enjoy precision, teamwork, and strategy over raw speed, and is popular in classic and vintage car rallying.
