Rally Obedience

Rally obedience (Rally-O) is a dog sport in which a handler and dog move together through a course of numbered signs, each instructing a specific obedience exercise such as sit, stay, turn, or heel, performed continuously rather than on a judge's individual commands as in traditional obedience trials. It was developed in the 1990s as a more dynamic, less formal alternative to classic obedience competition, encouraging communication between handler and dog while still being scored. It's popular with dog owners of many breeds as an accessible entry point into competitive dog sport.
