Lock Picking
Lock picking is the technique of manipulating the pins or wafers inside a lock's cylinder to open it without the original key, typically using a tension wrench and pick. Locksmiths use it for legitimate access and duplication work, while hobbyists practice it recreationally as a puzzle-solving skill. It has grown into an organized hobby community, often called locksport, with competitions and instructional groups.
