Larping

LARPing (Live Action Role-Playing) is a hobby in which participants physically act out characters in a fictional scenario, often using costumes, props, and foam or latex weapons, in settings ranging from fantasy and sci-fi to historical and horror themes. Games can range from small backyard events to large multi-day festivals with hundreds of participants, structured rules for combat and skills, and evolving storylines run by organizers called game masters. It draws people interested in improvisational acting, storytelling, costuming/prop-making, and immersive collaborative play.
