Kapap

Kapap (an acronym for the Hebrew for "face-to-face combat") is an Israeli close-combat and self-defense system developed for military, police, and bodyguard training before the founding of Krav Maga. It blends techniques from boxing, wrestling, judo, and edged- and firearm-weapon defense into practical, combat-oriented training. Today it is also taught to civilians as a self-defense and fitness discipline.
