Formula One Air Racing

Formula One Air Racing is a pylon-racing class using small, purpose-built or modified single-seat propeller aircraft restricted to a limited engine displacement (traditionally around 200 cubic inches, such as the Continental O-200). Pilots fly low to the ground at high speed around a tight closed course marked by pylons, and the class is featured at events such as the Reno National Championship Air Races.
