Cylinder Chess
A chess variant played on a board that is conceptually joined at the edges to form a cylinder, so pieces can move off one side of the board and reappear on the opposite side. This wraparound geometry changes piece mobility and strategy significantly, particularly affecting rooks, bishops, and pawns, and appeals to chess players seeking novel tactical challenges.
