Bodyboarding

Bodyboarding is a wave-riding watersport in which the rider lies prone (or sometimes drops to their knees or stands) on a short, soft foam board while riding ocean waves, typically using swim fins for propulsion and control. It is often seen as more accessible to beginners than stand-up surfing while still supporting high-performance moves like spins and aerials among advanced riders. It is popular at beaches worldwide, particularly in shore-break conditions.
