Organizational Strategy
Business and Management
Organizational strategy is the high-level plan a company adopts to allocate resources, prioritize initiatives, and position itself competitively in order to achieve long-term objectives. Executives, strategy consultants, and boards of directors develop it using frameworks such as SWOT analysis, Porter's Five Forces, or the Balanced Scorecard. It guides decisions on market entry, product portfolio, mergers, and organizational structure.
