Required

8+ years designing and deploying NetSuite solutions in enterprise environments with hands-on configuration and extension
Direct experience with Salesforce Sales and Services Clouds integrated with ERP systems
Hands-on experience with iPaaS platforms including integration design patterns, error handling, and monitoring
Strong functional knowledge of order-to-cash, procure-to-pay, and record-to-report processes
Working knowledge of lead-to-quote, order management, fulfillment, customer support, and reverse logistics
Demonstrated ability to convert ambiguous requirements into delivered solutions in complex integrated environments
Ability to move between detailed technical discussions and high-level strategy conversations
Proven ability to build cross-functional relationships for large-scale system changes
Experience with agile delivery methodologies and SDLC frameworks
Comfort challenging status quo and leading improvements in ways of working

Nice to have

Best-practice knowledge of IT General Controls and audit-ready system design
Experience onboarding new SaaS applications into an ERP ecosystem
Familiarity with WMS, 3PL, and carrier integrations
