What they ask for
Required
- 7+ years of progressive IT leadership across enterprise applications or HR technology
- 3+ years with Workday (HCM and Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or Learning) or comparable HCM platforms
- 5+ years leading people, including managing managers and cross-functional teams
- 5+ years leading application delivery and production support organizations including incident and release management
- Experience with multi-system HR landscapes including HCM, payroll, benefits, identity/access, and analytics
- Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Experience with MAPS
- Background in hiring, payroll, absence, time & attendance, and training processes
- Knowledge of HR business process automation and standardization
- Exposure to AI/GenAI governance and responsible use in HR contexts
