What they ask for

Required

  • 7+ years of progressive IT leadership across enterprise applications or HR technology
  • 3+ years with Workday (HCM and Payroll, Absence, Time Tracking, or Learning) or comparable HCM platforms
  • 5+ years leading people, including managing managers and cross-functional teams
  • 5+ years leading application delivery and production support organizations including incident and release management
  • Experience with multi-system HR landscapes including HCM, payroll, benefits, identity/access, and analytics
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field, or equivalent experience

Nice to have

  • Experience with MAPS
  • Background in hiring, payroll, absence, time & attendance, and training processes
  • Knowledge of HR business process automation and standardization
  • Exposure to AI/GenAI governance and responsible use in HR contexts
  • Experience with RPA implementations
