What they ask for

Required

  • 3+ years in customer-facing technical role (Customer Success Engineer, Solutions Consultant, Implementation Consultant, Technical Account Manager, or similar)
  • Proven track record delivering enterprise software or AI solutions to external clients
  • Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
  • Ability to work with both non-technical executives and technical staff
  • Familiarity with REST APIs, cloud infrastructure, and databases
  • Comfort reading and debugging code and writing simple scripts
  • Cloud platform knowledge (AWS, Azure, or GCP)
  • Ability to triage technical issues and route appropriately
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Strong empathy and active listening
  • Project management and organizational skills
  • Problem-solving orientation in ambiguous situations
  • Self-starter mindset in fast-paced environments

Nice to have

  • Experience with Customer Success platforms (Gainsight, Totango, Salesforce) or ticketing systems
  • Background in startup or hyper-growth environment
  • Familiarity with enterprise integration patterns (SFTP, ETL, SOAP, OAuth)
  • Hands-on experience with AI or GenAI products
