Required
- Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent education and experience
- Minimum 2 years supervisory experience
- 3 to 5 years manufacturing, industrial, mechanical, electrical, or test engineering experience in aerospace, automotive, or commercial industries
- Familiarity with Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies
- U.S. citizenship
